Collection, use, and processing of personal data

 

Server logfiles

You can visit our website without providing information about yourself. With each request to our website, usage data are transferred by your Internet browser and stored in server logfiles. The data stored include, for example, you IP address, date and time of access, name and URL of the accessed file, the website visited before accessing (referrer URL), browser information, the operating system of the accessing computer, the quantity of data transferred, and the requesting provider. Customer account

When setting up a customer account, we collect your personal data within the stated scope. Data processing for the purpose of establishing contact with us takes place on the basis of § 6 (1)(a) GDPR and your voluntarily provided consent. The personal data we collect for the usage of the contact form are deleted automatically after completely processing your request.

 

Comment option

Several entries on our website include the opportunity to leave comments. The IP address of the user is collected in these cases. The data will be stored in case the author’s comment infringes the rights of third parties or legal provisions. Processing takes place with justified interests in said purposes on the basis of § 6(1)(f) GDPR; however, this does not mean that we can use it to draw an immediate conclusion about your identity, as we store these data separately from other personal data relating to you.

 

Data transfer

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed in the following. We only transfer your personal data if:
